[?] CPA TikTok Method Using SimCard

Hello everyone!

Just like most people who are trying different methods of promoting, I also tried "The TikTok Method".
So, I decided to buy some UK simcards because I am from a low tier country and of course most offers are very bad and they look scam and their payout is very low.
Now with the help of these UK Simcards I can have viewers from United Kingdom and this is a nice thing, but at the same time I think that it's harder to gain followers and views.
I started one account at the end of June, and right now I only have 210 followers on it, and I feel like this is not a good result overall. Even if I am creating my own content which is quite qualitative and I am posting 1-2 times/day, I have never exceeded 3300 views at one video. The statistics are good overall, at the beginning I had 60% viewers from UK, and now only between 15%-40% but it's still good, not complaining about this. (The niche is mainly motivational quotes and stuff like that)
The real question is: Do i have to start a new account with something new? Or maybe I have to research more niches that are not oversaturated just like the motivational one. I dont know what to do, feeling like I step in place.

There has been major Algorithm changes and quality of your content is massive player in if it will ever get big or not. It is hard to say if you have gotten shadowbanned without having a look but that can also be a reason why views dropped
