Have placed an order about 6 days ago which was not filled until I reached out to them on day 2. Since then it has only been filled partially. Only received little over 50% of the ordered amount, tried reaching out to them by WhatsApp and ticket (which is where I initially got a reply on day 2) but have been left on read / not replied.
