Not possible with free version. One response said that paid versions are updated in some locations.

I know that the chatgpt paid version 4.0 has deteriorated in its performance. The developers themselves said that performance dropped from 96% to 3%. They are trying to fix it urgently, I would not advise betting on chatgpt in the near future while it is being repaired

It's possible. There are some chrome extensions that can make the ChatGPT scan and read top 10 sites from SERPs and then generate content based on the information feeded into it.
