A few days ago I posted a few guest posts backlinks for 1 of my keywords that ranked on page 2. Yesterday I saw the ranking drop to page 4.
Is this normal? Is Google dancing caused by triggering link building?

Initially, a fluctuation in ranking after backlink is normal, there wil be up and down in ranking. once all backlink are evaluated, it will regain.

But if the ranking goes down contiously without any rise, then there can any other issue or the link doesnt have much value.

it is possible for pages to fluctuate for a few days after you point good backlinks to them. But whether or not it's a google dance we couldn't say because you gave us no intel. From what you said it looks like the rankings just dropped and stayed there, and that's not "dance". Dancing means that you jump up and down the SERPs multiple times a day until you stabilize wherever

So my current situation is normal, isn't it? Wait another week patiently?

那么我现在的情况是正常的不是吗?耐心再等一周吗?
maybe longer. some times, it takes months. Especially for highly competitive keywords, google will constantly evaluate your new page

The ranking first dropped to the 4th page, sometimes it disappeared, and then jumped to the 4th page, and today I saw that it fell to the 5th page again.
I saw that the website was not penalized, did not use spam backlinks, and paid attention to the use of anchor text ratios.
Is this ranking fluctuation?

Yes, Google rank dropping can occur if link building is done through manipulative or unnatural practices that violate Google's Webmaster Guidelines. If you are struggling with the fluctuation and want to resolve it. Here are some of the following reasons given below:

  • Google Algorithm Updates
  • Adjustments of Google servers
  • Automated or Manual Actions
  • Personalized search
  • Changes in competitor's website
  • Constant experiments by Google
These can be reasons behind the keyword fluctuation.

It's always the fluctuating factors, as long as you can maintain the quality and relevance of your backlinks from guest posts. This will ensure that you obtain favorable outcomes.

It's normal I think. When we add links, this kind of jumps will happen. Also, a silent google update is going on. So, be patient.
