I always feel lazy that's why I have a team that will do the work for me
8h a day

Remind me tomorrow to explain you how I did it.

But on a serious notes, I changes the way I time things from "tomorrow", "next week", or "next month" to "on Wednesday" or "by Aug 14th".
It sounds stupid, but when I started talking like that to my clients, too, they started taking our meetings more seriously and are always well prepared. I never return a call to a client "in an hour" I call back a client "at 14:00". It's more committing that way.

To deter laziness, 2 factors are important : proper nutrition (eat wisely and it is also not a bad idea to take 1 multi vitamin multi mineral capsule a day) and good physical exercise everyday, preferably including strenuous physical exercises (jogging, lifting some weights, etc).
Such adequate physical exercises everyday, helps to keep both the mind and the body, in great shape.

Since the ancient time- our mind is built for "survival" & not for "greatness".

Since survival is your basic instinct - u lean into comfort zone IE u procrastinate.

All succesful people - remind them every single day - "this is just my mind playing tricks on me. I need to work hard."

They do it and then they go work.

So the answer of your question is: remind yourself every single day multiple times "this is just my mind playing tricks on me. I need to work hard". Do it everyday for the next eternity and u should be good.

Procrastination basically is your need to relax. Some people relax for too long because they can't relax deeply. Maybe it's a mental issue or a physical health issue. Lately I'm procrastinating too, but I know that if I had a big tiddy gf I could relax on her tiddies and then be super energized to work long hours. Maybe you need a gf with a monstrous ass to sit on your face every once in a while?

Establish a daily or weekly routine that outlines when you'll work on specific tasks. Having a structured schedule can create a sense of discipline and help you form productive habits.

Procrastination has been my biggest problems in achieving more.
And it's so bad with me that sometimes I spend hours in deep thoughts staring at a wall :D
Internet can be a real productivity killer, specially social media. Get rid of social media accounts, at least personal ones. I've wasted so much time on reddit and YouTube scrolling mindlessly.

There is no special trick to overcome procrastination you need to start do something you have to stop thinking for a few seconds and start doing something after a few minutes you will be focused if you wait for the impulse you will run out of life to wait
Alternatively, create a ritual after which you always start working, for me it's coffee and a cigarette
And don't watch videos about procrastination and other self-development crap It brainwashed you and tells you that you have problems that don't exist

Being broke with bills to pay automatically kills procrastination.

I've come to terms with the fact that some days I will do a lot of work and others, I'll cover only the bare minimum. My advice would be to recognize how you work and optimize your tasks around that.

I don't sometimes I just left everything to the last moment, but tried to do everything the first 4 hours of my work while I'm focus and willing to work.
