Best Bulk Cold Emailing Solution 2021

If you really wanna do this, you can check Sendy.
Sendy is an app that allows you to build a MaIl Server service and have some auto responder functions.
Sendy needs AMZ SES to work with, you need to do a lot of things to land on the user's inbox, it's painful but doable, of course, you need to understand about the email quality, ips, domain, etc...

I'm giving up with that :D I have that system now but I don't use it anymore. I'm playing with Mailchimp, growing up slowly but open rate and click rate will be higher.
You need to know, open rate and click rate is totally different right?
I agree. MailChimp is the best.

If anyone needs help emailing large volumes like 25K-50K per day or more, PM me. I may be able to help show you some ways to do this without needing to depend on third parties like google, amazon, or any other mail sending service.

Hello guys, since apollo is quite expensive, do you recommend to use any other apollo alternatives? Please, give me some recomendations, thank you!

Could you please share the cold email setup that's working for you bro right now in 2023?

My setup hasn't changed: sending from G suite, from several domains, warmed with Mailreach. There's nothing better for now from what I see from my tests and all my contacts.

Could you please share the cold email setup that's working for you bro right now in 2023?

Would love to know if your outbound cold email stack has changed @Shatzyo

Thank you so much for your contributions in this thread. Amazing stuff :)

Hi @Shatzyo thank-you so much for your replies on this thread it means a lot for those who are really searching for cold email marketing help. I have read your every reply on this thread. I have been doing the same approach for email marketing gsuite/domain method and kinda stuck because i was only trying it from past 2-3 months and continuously failed. I was searching for solutions on BHW and i feel lucky to find this thread. thank you so much again for your valuable time. I have couple of questions and i think you can surely answer those.

My Journey and Fails :

My goal was to send 1k emails per day what i did is as follows :

I linked 5 domains to 5 different G-suite accounts and started sending mail without warming up i thought warm up is just sending few emails 5-6 for 14-20 days and then gradually increase the number (and it worked for 5 accounts) I read somewhere that 45 emails per account is safe and one should not exceed that, is that true?

I was sending same script from 5 accounts and it was working fine so i was sending around 200 mails daily through yamm Until one day i got one error no SPF record found and my emails were going in inbox but I was not getting replies to my ID's i cross checked replying to one of my ID and I was not receiving the reply but i was landing in inbox.

So i started searching for solutions and i got cloudflare so i linked my domains to that site and routed my emails from that website and changed my name servers and DNS from my domain provider and google then my SPF record were all set and my emails were getting replies but not on the sender ID only routed to my Main Email which i set on cloudflare so everything was fine then again but note this that my DNS NAME SERVER was changed.

Then i purchased 10 more domains to achieve my goal for sending 1k emails and linked them the same way i did before, i linked them again to cloudflare and started mailing because i was having SPF record problems even for new accounts when i checked on google toolbox, and you know my fucked up warm method because i didnt know what actual warming up is which i learned in this thread.

I started sending mails from yamm i thought my previous ID can send 45 emails and i will send 5 emails from new ID's and gradually increase the number like i did before and i was sending same script I was not giving any gap between sending from diffrent ID's i was just sending from 1 close that tab then jumped on another. After 7 8 days i was going to spam from my new ID's and i was demotivated a lot.

I had this same thought of buying dedicated proxy like others. But after reading your replies i have eliminated this thought and I will warm up my accounts before sending emails.

My Questions :

1. How many days does it really takes to send 1000 emails per day?
2. Do we need different Script and Subject lines for every account ?
3. How much delay one should keep in sending emails per account ?
4. What are the solutions to solve errors like no SPF record found when you have added it already and you get same error for your fresh accounts as well?
5. Is there any way to warm up emails manually? To save cost.
6. Is it really like we can't send more than 45 emails from 1 account or else we will land in spam?
7. What are your thoughts on sites likes Instantly.ai to send emails?
8. Any specific reason to choose emelia over yamm?
9. If one can spend only on one thing like warm up website or good sending website what would you recommend and which source to choose alternatively for which option has less priority ?
10. Why are you so much helpful :) ?

Thankyou

Any replies would be appreciated!

Hi

I hope everyone's doing good with emails, especially during this period which I know is difficult for a lot of people and companies.

My answers:

1. 1k emails have to be sent from different inboxes and different domains as I always say. I would create 10 inboxes sending 100 emails daily. Start the warmup two weeks before and send 1k without counting the warmup.
2. No, not needed, sending the same content at scale is fine, it doesn't cause spam.
3. I don't get it. Delay between emails? I don't care but send throughout the day between 9 and 5.
4. Use Google man. Setting up SPF is easy.. Come on :)
5. Yes, by sending emails and getting positive interactions on these emails. But man, life's too short to do it manually.
6. 100 is fine, 150 can work as well, but 45 is always safer. 100 with a good warmup works fine.
7. Instantly is a really nice solution, I have contacts using them. They have a great UI, UX, it's smooth. That looks great for sending campaigns, but I wouldn't trade Mailreach for their warmup feature.
8. I don't think Yamm handles auto follow ups, Emelia does, but many other tools do it as well.
9. The cold outreach solution doesn't really matter as long as it sends from Gmail or Outlook, it's a matter of price, taste, UX/UI. They pretty all do the same thing, send emails and auto follow ups. It can be Emelia, Woodpecker, Reply.io, Instantly, Quickmail or whatever. For the warmup, Mailreach, far better than the rest.
10. I'm a BHW member since many years man, I got a lot of value from this forum and I care to give back. I don't fear of missing customers, there's an ocean of customers available, especially during the crisis. Every company needs growth.

Would love to know if your outbound cold email stack has changed @Shatzyo

Nice question. Actually, my outbound stack changed a bit over the last year.

1. I still use my custom outreach tool. But it does the same job as a Woodpecker, Reply.io or Emelia would do, it's just customized to my taste and UX needs.
2. I stopped using G Suite inboxes but switched to Office365 ones, because of Google suspensions, it pisses me off having to reactivate users when it happens. And it now happens more often than before. That's not a big issue, G Suite is still great, but I don't have suspensions with O365.
3. Like said above, Mailreach for the deliverability job, warmup + auto spam tests on every inbox linked to a slack channel so every week I get the spam score of every inbox I manage.

What I observed over the last months
  • Reply rate dropped during summer but that's the same thing every year
  • The trend is open rates going down with the raise of privacy update from inbox providers
  • More and more people running cold outreach campaigns, you have to improve your copy
  • Cold outreach is still the best acquisition channel in terms of ROI on what I see, by far.

Keep improving your copy guys, don't sit on the same templates, be creative, test things.

Thankyou so much for your reply! For my fourth question, I know how to add SPF record but when I add it simply does not show me that it has been added when i check in google toolkit and it is happening to all my domain ID's or else I have to switch it to cloudflare to add my SPF perfectly.

Third question : How much delay one should keep in sending emails per account ?

Here I mean to say I use Yamm to send my emails I want to know that should I keep some time gap in between my ID's or should i send it one after another without waiting (I'm doing it manually, I'm not scheduling it )

thanks a lot sir. you mentioned that for brand new domain recommend at least 2 weeks warm up. may i ask do domain age has any effect to the warm up period?
i.e. if its an aged domain can the warmup period lower? thx!

I wanted to use google suite but their 2 conditions ($100 billed then wait for 2 months before being able to send more emaiks) are sh*t.
So I'll use gmail smtp's and some domain smtp's from all the known registrars.

I'd like to ask you a question if you don't mind. Let's say we are using a gmail smtp to send an email, will the recipient see the gmail adress when he'll open the email, or can we make them see (and reply to) another more professional email? I don't want the recipient to see the gmail address the mail is sent from.

Just one question for you - I also am an email agency owner:

Why do you think there are not more legit/larger companies in our space?

Hey guys, I didn't know where else to post this..

I'm looking for a system that enables me to send 20k-100k cold emails per day, I'm a newb at this but I did a LOT of research for the past week and it seems to me in order to be able to do that, I need to use an SMTP service like Amazon SES, or create my own SMTP server that I link to a mail application like Mailwizz or Mautic in order to start sending emails.

I also learned that I need to warm up the server for a month at least, clean up the list and basically get 10/10 email scoring before I attempt my first send in order to have a chance to hit the inbox later on.

my question is, does anyone know of a way that I can use autoresponders like Activecampaign or Convertkit to be able to send thousands of cold emails a day? (any tricks to get past their scrutiny system?)

if that is not an option, is there a way to rent/buy pre-warmed up SMTP servers that can send 20k-100k cold emails per day with high inbox deliverability? how much would such service cost? (asking the experts)

I'm kindly asking experienced members to give their precious advice, although there are a lot of threads about this subject - I still wasn't able to find a real solution for this.

Thank you so much,

You can try adding returnpath to your current mail arsenal.

Apparently Google is going to crack down big time in February 2024.
What do you think - email done for?
