Need advice on how to troubleshoot "circumyenting systems"

I am currently using personal accounts and not using BM. Each account uses a dynamic residential ip (already tested several providers) and anti-detect browser.
Domain names, safe pages are different for each account.
The creatives for each account is also made by myself, totally never used in facebook.
As for the offers, I have also tried to test several offers in different vertical, but every time it is advertised, it will rejected for "circumyenting systems".
What other factors can I check? (Don’t reply to the suggestions and advertisements using the agency account. What I want to study now is how to publish advertisements on my personal account)

Does your URL match your product name and what you enter on Facebook? Cause sometimes Facebook is crazy and only accept ads that match all the product name - URL name - title ads name
Like ads title and product is Beautiful Earing Sunflower > URL must be djhggb.com/beautiful-earing-sunflower not just djhggb.com/beautiful-earing. Facebook cannot recognize and reject it
