Errm I guess they can’t be sued just for the name. Pretty sure apple’s law team has that figured out already. If they dropped their review quality/allowed x to use a third party payment gateway, that would be a different story. Just for the name, it shouldn’t matter.
Talking about payment, can someone who has x installed check how the payment is processed? Through apple or..?
