How much should I pay for a domain like this?

If its an expired domain with no traffic and isn't a bunch of random letters in the URL this would probably go for around $5k-8k on domaincoasters or one of those domain reseller sites.

It’s a domain taken over from GoDaddy auctions, 2010 registered and had a fairly big blog on it.

You can rebuild the database using a service with wayback machine (I forgot its name).
If you dont know what you're doing you can pay a guy from fiverr to rebuild the site using this. Total cost would probably be under $200.
