Create a suitable video, publish it to Youtube (new channel is also fine). Most probably you will not be able to post a link in the video's description, but will be able to post a link in the first upper comment of your's in that video.
Then create a Google Ads video (youtube) campaign, but be careful in the ad descriptions, do not use the words "hack", "hacking" in the ad descriptions. In the ad campaign, do it as a skippable in-stream ad, and in the placement targeting of the ad campaign, you need to put the Youtube URLs in the placement targeting, so that your ads will only run on those specific videos and channels and for this select similar game hacks videos / channels in Youtube, which get a good number of high views.
Youtube is now sensitive to new videos / channels about game hacks, so in around a week, such a Youtube channel may even get suspended. In such a case, churn & burn Youtube channels and the same strategy with Google Ads as well, if incase any Google Ads accounts get suspended.
Usually a games hack new Youtube channel stays up for a week and also a Google Ads account with an ad campaign for such a Youtube video, will stay up for a week. 1 week running gives good enough ROI, in order to consider going on with it in the churning and burning way.
