Hi! it supposed to be dmcc ignored hosting? I got suspended even did not violate anything, just white website!!! wtf?

Never use this service, support is terrible and they suspend the websites too. Check the dispute now.

DMCA doesnt mean you can host fraudulent content, It has been written in our terms of services that we do not allow fraudulent/scams phishing content.

we received valid complaint from [CERT.PL #2402569] [fraud] hosted on 78.x.x.x: phishing targeting investment / fraudalent scheme investment


Ask cert.pl to remove your site from the fraud list and we will activate your account.

so where proofs? My website is white, not fraudulent. Also you blocked second service with no reason too, there was no even complaints on it
 
Hi.
What Im doing wrong.
Pointed my domain provider NS to onionhost NS which I got in email and it doesnt propagate them at all.
Waited over 24 hours and DNS check shows all red checkmarks.

I put back my domain provider NS and it propagates within 30 minutes.
Obviously something is down on your side.

Or im missing something here?

Using the $7.99 Pro shared package.

Ok I understand, thanks. I like what I'm reading about your service, and I like the fact that you're creating a "clean neighborhood" due to no porn and no fraud sites, which is what I'm looking for. But what worries me in your TOS is this, and I hope you can clarify:

1) If your site is related to file downloading for visitors, Selling Ebooks/Audio books, PDF etc. Those Files cannot be hosted on shared server, You should have to look into DMCA Ignored VPS or dedicated Server.

I'm not selling any ebooks, but does this mean I cannot even have PDF files on the site, like whitepapers? Sounds overly strict if that's the case.

2) Resource Usage Violation
  1. Using 25% or more of the shared server resources for more than 90 sec will result in suspension of your account.
Does this mean you suspend the account right away, or do you rate limit it? I know Wordfence can be pretty resource intensive and it does run for a few minutes during its scans. So is this going to be a problem for me to run a simple Blog with Wordfence installed?

And my last question is this, how many users max do you have on a single shared server machine?
