€10 threshold limit error

Since a couple days ego, it seems all of us are now getting $10/$20 accounts.
Yesterday I tried over 35 Gmail accounts, all aged with multiple login/email communications, reddit, google searches, Youtube premium, youtube watching... the works....
All got $10/$20, no matter the warmup period or country

What I am wondering did they close down thresholds completely? Because this is the fastest way to shutdown the loophole...
I don't even know why they were giving high thresholds in the first place, the money they are losing compared to the transaction fees they are trying to save...

My only theory is that they wanted to have threshold accounts around.
Probably to show better revenue numbers, writing off unpaid accounts as losses.
Also probably to drive bidding up and create more marketplace activity. If a Threshold account is free, you don't mind bidding $20 a click, while causing other that actually pay to bid at your level...

Anyways, anyone else here was able to get a high threshold account in the last 24hrs?

Same thing with me, last week was getting $500 full threshold on new accounts but today I've created 5 new accs and all getting $20 only
