I think what you should do now is try to save all the information you need and you can then start again with a new account
With the new account, set up from 2FA with OPT come to your phone number first, then recovery mail. Change email password each 6 months

Your recovery rate will be very low, most of the time when they hack your account they will change all your information ((
My advice: for your accs from next time you should install 2fa, set 2fa security for both your fb and your secure mail

You can't do much now social media accounts are hard to get back. Facebook doesnt care. Only option is to find his email id and hack him back if it was really important to you otherwise dont waste your time move on.

Sound bad but I'm really tired and don't have any hope of FB support anymore :/ they work slowly and normally say their policy and cannot solve anything for me
