They're probably running proxies and or VPN to access the app and comment on USA posts. Hard to say exactly what's what on that.

Nothing has changed. Some people use the search feature on TikTok to find content, and then similar videos get suggested to them on TikTok irrespective of the region.

yea those comments are probably bot comments trying to take some of your traffic and send it to their own account.
