Hey everyone, I wanted to share some information about Instagram growth limits. Instagram has implemented certain restrictions to prevent spamming and protect the integrity of the platform. For example, there are limits to the number of people you can follow or unfollow in a day, and the number of likes and comments you can leave on posts within a certain time frame. It's important to be aware of these limits to avoid getting flagged by Instagram or even getting your account suspended. So, if you're trying to grow your account, make sure you stay within the recommended limits and focus on building genuine engagement with your audience.

If you have a new Instagram account, it's important to warm it up gradually to establish a good reputation with the platform. During this phase, you can engage in natural activities such as scrolling through your feed, watching stories, liking posts, and exploring content. These activities will help increase your trust score.

After two to three weeks of warming up your account, you can start following and unfollowing other users. However, you should adhere to the recommended limits for at least the next week:

10-15 follow-unfollow actions per hour and,
60-80 follow-unfollow actions per day,
3-5 DMs per hour and 10-12 DMs per day,
10-15 likes per hour and 50-60 likes per day,
3-4 comments per hour and 10-12 comments per day.
It's important to continue with natural activities daily to maintain a healthy account.

Once your account is fully warmed up (4-5 weeks later) and established, you can gradually increase your activity levels.
20-25 follow-unfollow actions per hour and,
120-160 follow-unfollow actions per day,
6-8 DMs per hour and 30-50 DMs per day,
25-30 likes per hour and 150-200 likes per day,
4-5 comments per hour and 12-18 comments per day.
However, it's still important to balance these activities with natural engagement to avoid any issues with Instagram's algorithms.

I'm happy to answer any questions you may have. So don't hesitate to ask any questions, and let's work together to achieve success on Instagram!
I hope this will help many people who want to grow their accounts. :)

Happy growing!" :)

Great tips!

It's ridiculous how low the limits are.

It is not ridiculous.
It just keep you safe from ban and blocks. You can try higher limits and end up with a ban. Instagram doesn't always ban you on the very first days of crossing limits , but If you do it frequently it will definitely ban your account.

Hi this question may look stupid but I’m new to this.

Currently I’m doing follow/unfollow on one account on my iPhone but the limits are too low.

If I start doing it on other new accounts, will buying a new phone with a new sim and running the account on 4G be enough to do follow/unfollow on that account simultaneously too? Or Instagram will be able to detect that so many follow/unfollow actions every hour are coming from the same house/person?

What is the use of proxies?

if you only have 2 phones both on different mobile sim cards and entering instagram sessions on mobile data, you will be fine 100%.

Thanks a lot for your answer.

Instagram allows us to make a few more accounts on the same device and shuffle between them easily by tapping our profile picture. If I did that and did follow unfollow on both accounts together, Instagram will flag me right?

The limits on actions can be low due to several reasons. One of the reasons might be that the account is new and has not yet gone through the warming-up process or , the account may have experienced recent warming from Instagram. To ensure safety, it is essential to perform various natural actions. These actions may include viewing stories, liking stories, scrolling through feeds, liking feed posts, watching reels, and engaging in other interactions along with follow and unfollow.

No, this Instagram (IG) will not detect that.

There is no need to buy a new phone, you can safely run 2-3 accounts on the same phone. Just perform natural actions properly and timely, and gradually increase the limits. Don't follow more people just to test the limits of a particular account; this will harm your account even more. Instead, gradually increase your actions

You should keep a gap of 5-10 minutes between performing actions in two accounts on the same device

No it won't, you can do follow-unfollow on same device for 5 accounts at one time. Just divide a few hour slots for them, and don't do actions in all of them simultaneously.
