How to bypass the Apps that restrict VPN

I am a online poker app agent, the problem is I am going travel to china and hongkong next month.
but the biggest crash to me is the poker app block China and Hongkong traffic, at first i feel that its not a big deal because I just use vpn

and found out that if I open vpn , and the apps will direct close and show error : network risky, will close the app

after use shadowrocket , and block some api they use to check , it show another error : can't connect to internet

May I ask for some help at here?

in my shadowrocket log , if i block the domain , it will reject my connection, if I set rules for it
the app will said my network risk and close the apps like usual
