Here is my HONEST review of this growth service. I must say that I am not mad in any way at this person who managed my account for this several days trial.
THIS IS THE FIRST BAD REVIEW I HAVE EVER WRITTEN ON A FORUM, because unfortunately, this is the reality of this service.
Apologies for the new account; I am not a regular user of this website. However, I have been reading it all day and reaching out to many individuals for different services. It has proven to be successful for many of my Instagram/Facebook pages and other businesses.
So, let's discuss this particular service.
I contacted this person (possibly a girl) to inquire about their growth service.
Because I had about 10 accounts that needed manual management, I created another Instagram page/website for my business, which I wanted to entrust to this person for manual growth.
We started nicely; I shared my account with Lastpass, and they began the warm-up process. That's okay.
After 4-5 days, I noticed that the engagement, leads, and accounts I was getting were really bad. The engagement rate was about 2.5/2.6%, but there were no good leads from them.
I contacted this person on Telegram to ask what was going on, as I am currently using two different BHW vendors for accounts in the same niche (vegan/eco-friendly/non-plastic products), and they are targeting the same accounts I sent to this person. However, the other vendors have had successful leads, similar engagement, but much better leads and more interactions.
So, because I am not a "professional" like this person LOL, I contacted them to see what was going on and if we should change the accounts for targeting or if there was any issue with the current service.
Then, things took a literal show, ahahhaha.
This person was so insulted by my questions that they started acting like a baby, trying to convince me that their service is good, which it isn't. Believe me, I know what I am talking about; I have two vendors working in the same niches with much, MUCH more success.
I kept telling them that they should not act this way because I am simply trying to figure out what is going on, not trying to insult their "SERVICES
". However, they kept being defensive, unprofessional, and unwilling to cooperate like some other vendors.
Anyone who wants can message me, and I can send the results after 5-6 days from this vendor and from the other ones. You will see a real difference between individuals who don't know their work and real vendors.
Again, I am not trying to directly insult this person; I am only trying to express how bad their service is and, most importantly, how poor their communication skills are with customers.
They were proud of approximately 40 accounts (follow backs in 5 days), but most of them looked like bot accounts that are sold on SMM services. I am not trying to claim that they actually are bots, but they are not good accounts for any potential future engagements.
In conclusion, AVOID THIS VENDOR AND SERVICE AT ALL COSTS.
The price is decent, but considering the type of work and communication they provide, it's a horrible value for the price.
There are much better vendors on BHW who can provide you with a much better service and assist you more effectively with your account than these individuals.
This is ONE VERY BIG NEGATIVE FEEDBACK FROM ME!
Avoid at all costs, and if someone needs any pictures of chats between me and this person, I have taken screenshots of them all before they deleted our chats.
Hopefully, these individuals will learn basic communication skills and patience when working because this has been a HORRIBLE experience that highlights their incompetence in providing this service.
