I'm trying to buy service from indexification, but unable to do payment. Is the service totally dead?

Try Onehourindexing, if you are trying for the alternate

is there any others alternative that is close to its price?
not going to do the research but I'm pretty sure there are plenty of them within the $15-20 price range. Now, whether or not they offer the same amount of link submissions is another story. But then, would you like to be promised 1.5 million submissions per month at 0.001% success rate, or would you rather have 50k submissions per month at 50% success rate?

Anyway, check out speed-links, onehourindexing, omega indexer, etc...

Or check out the marketplace (the link building section specifically, I've seen some indexers in there)

Or check out @Steptoe's awesome review on indexers, maybe you'll find one that suits you in his list:

1.5 million indexed links for $17.97, whereas the standard for the newer crop of indexers seems to be $0.02 - $0.10 per url - it doesn't really sound like a feasible service does it? The only action I can see it doing for that price is pinging Google via their old google.com/ping interface, which at best is depreciated. You might as well just shout your urls at a brick wall and get the same effect.
