Reliable Residential Proxies for Yahoo

I've come here after trying 4+ providers in the for sale section and none have been reliable enough to hold a connection long enough to A) Connect to the site or B) Hold a connection while creating an account.

Any suggestions on a reliable residential provider with country-level targeting (Mainly EMEA/APAC regions)? Looking for GB packages, not unlimited bandwidth as I will need thousands of proxies, preferably able to pay with a card.

bright data where ok, but i believe they where kicked from bhw
for adverting without paying.

I've tried signing up for Bright Data/Luminati but their registration page has an error requesting to solve some sort of captcha but the captcha is not on the page and their email support line is unresponsive so customer service not looking great there.

MobileHop does not offer the residential solution I described unfortunately - they only offer singular IP's.
