I have a small channel with 2500 sub. I post long and short videos weekly twice. I only getting 2k max views on shorts. I get that views in less than 24 hours and then it's dead. Long videos getting less than 1000 views in a month. Am I shadow baned for larger audience. I am posting videos for last 3 months and still views are same.

You aren't shadow banned. Such this as larger audience shadow ban doesn't exists. Your video ctr and engagement rate is just not good enough for more exposure.

2. Examples of bad medium solid and good titles:
I make money - Bad
How to make money - Medium
How You Can Make 1,000$ - Solid
How you can make 1,328$ Evey Month without doing anything - Good
This was just a shit example but should give you a basic understanding

For new channel, when you upload new videos, youtube boost them for 2-3 days then after that view decreased to zero. Is that normal? And how to keep youtube boosting our videos?

It does so to test your video, if your ctr and engagement rate is low especially on new channels it will stop boosting it

nothing you can do, maybe you can try smm panels but chances are 1 in 100 to find a good smm panel for it. Only choice that you have is to create really high quality content since sooner or later it will then be picked by algorithms
