Another alternative is after effects, add a popular video then cut out segments in the dialogue.

And it will cut the video up, and in different languages.

premier pro is the same thing add a video and it will do it's magic, pirate a copy from 1337 site, get the file downloaded and download gen3 patcher.

Thanks for the clarification. Opus is probably easier (and quicker) for most people. But for those that can't use it because of geo-location, this method is PERFECT.

Tried this method quickly with opus pro. Posted a joe rogan podcast clip and got 3,000 views 10 subs and 80 likes on the first video.

Seems good for now will try monetise with affiliate marketing

There's another free one 2short ai does 99% same thing requires no sign up.

Seems faster, use both for what ever reason

If you have premier pro and 2short ai, well your now not limited by 2 hours.
