I've been in BHW for more than 7 years (this is my new profile actually) but never ever saw these Google adwords threshold post seeing everywhere.
Are these method really work?
and why people are running after these threshold accounts?
with 350$ - 500$ would never get you a premium audience.
Though you can make some little money with it if use correctly.

The many of you are actually making money with it? Or mostly who got the method, just selling these accounts?

And as far as audience is concerned, targeting premium audience or targeting non-premium audience, purely depends on what product or service is being advertised.

From what I can think of, those nasty bastards are the ones doing the Elon Musk types of crypto giveaway campaigns in Youtube. May be there are other more nastier bastards who are even more nasty in their bastardness.
However, we are all decent internet marketers here, so better we leave such nasty bastards aside and do our thing.
