[HAF] Looking for manual archive.org restoration

The work involves analyzing URLs and then going to archive and manually copy-pasting the content in a fresh WordPress install. I do not want to use automation for this, needs to be done by hand.

Only need to restore pages with incoming links (about 450 pages across 3 domains)

The new site will have a fresh URL structure, just need OLD URL > NEW URL mapping in an Excel file so I can set up 301 redirects.
