Get Instagram followers userHandlers

Hi guys,
Does anyone know or if if anyone has explored if we can get followers' handles of an Instagram account through an API call? For example if i give a instagram influencer handle and we can get all of their followers usernames/handles ?

i have asked this question separately now in a different thread.

I have seen many websites who are offering geo data , gender data etc of influencer's follower and was thinking that how are they copming up with these numbers. The starting point i believe is to get the handles of followers of an instagram (public) influencer profile and then go from there. Thats why i was asking about how t achieve this first step of getting influencer follower handles. Spent a lot of time on this issue but havent had any luck so far. found this forum and thought maybe someone has already worked on this project and had any ideas.

If your question is "how do I reach an influencer's followers", get the Influencer to like your post. his followers will see your post

thanks a lot but this is a big project and i would like to get my hands dirty. problem here is that if i start scraping, then it will be a lot of time to scrape all the followers of a given profile. Was looking for someone who has done this kind of project before on scale and found an API call which we can use with residential or mobile proxies and get the relevant followers handles for any given influencer.

I read on this website on another thread that we maybe need to have a sniffer like charles to do that. Will be my next stop if i cannot get an answer here from an expert here.

@InstaOmega talks about instagram scraping and how to start it but the problem is that that method doesn't render JSON anymore.

if anyone knows that what help will charles be even though we can inspect and look for network traffic in the browser too. i don't see any additional benefit of charles here. Is there some traffic we can miss in the browser network inspector area?
 
Let me explain my question in more detail. Lets suppose we have an Instagram profile like the one below:

i am interested in getting the followers of this profile (specifically their usernames/instaHandle) . I wanted a way that is scalable like catching an API call which instagram used to call a couple of years before Facebook got in the Cambridge Analytica scandal. @InstaOmega talks about this issue in a little detail but i needed some more advise on this from any person who has experience with this.
 
But do you wanna that followers star following you too ?
