Sometimes the service is good, sometimes it's bad. He goes offline for one week multiple times. The quality is good for the price but the customer support and delivery are horrible. I've been working with him for the past three months and then he makes an excuse and claims he's sick. I'm pretty laid back, but this is getting ridiculous. I always pay on time, but he disappears for weeks.

The delay in completing the work was caused by a car accident that the OP was involved in. The OP showed me x-rays and other evidence of the accident. Please excuse the OP for any inconvenience caused. They have refunded me and will continue working on the project without charging any additional costs.
