Hello BHW. Moz Pro Banned. Any Ideas?

Recently I opted for a free 28 days trial of MOZ Pro. To be clear, I always find free/super cheap stuff for my SEO work as I'm relatively new to SEO and Web development. In my defense, I'm practically broke and bearly meet the ends. Anyways, without being more melancholic, The free trial ended unexpectedly, and they charged me a dollar for that. After 32 hours of signup, I got an email with a single line - "Your Account Has Been Banned." I contacted the Moz Support team, but it's been 2 Business Days (48 Hours), and I am still waiting for a reply. My card is still linked to the account. This is some next-level bulllshit; the cherry on top is they are not even stating the reason.

Things I did in the first 34 hours were -
Created A Single Campaign under which
1. Tracked around 500 keywords.
2. Got an on-page optimization score for around 10 pages.
3. Got around 25 keyword suggestions.
4. SERP Ranking Keywords For about 20 URLs.
*EDIT 5. Signed Up For Pro Moz Course.

Logged in account from two IPs - My Work PC and My Home PC (Maybe this is the reason??).

Any type of information regarding this situation is appreciated guys.

There are no guesses. You most likely broke some of their ToS which resulted in a ban. No point in us speculating what went wrong. Only Moz can help you with that.

yea well you are absolutely right, but Moz support not replying back is making me go berserk! I emailed them again asking for the reason why they banned the account, Just in case, in future if I use Moz again (which im not gonna) I wont repeat the same violation (if there is any). This thread is futile, shoud be locked.

No need to cry over MOZ lol, just invest $10- in a group buy, and you will have multiple tools.

If you can't invest $10- p/m then I don't know what to tell you besides that you have bigger issues than MOZ.

yeah exactly, Maybe they don't like the domain I was doing research for, or maybe my email is blacklisted, or maybe they don't like me logging in from different IPs, I am thinking this too hard, maybe I should just move on. And please do tell more about group Buy, I ride solo, so no knowledge about groups.

I think you used your VCC twice , same it banned my around 3 to 4 accounts , using the same vcc .

So issue could be CC you are using .

hey hawkeye, what you mean by VCC/CC? Virtual Creadit Card/Credit Card? Cos I used my international VISA debit card.

EDIT: And I used my card for the first time on MOZ.

Do your email has dots in it? Did you use the same email twice?
Did you add your site URL in MOZ community profile?

This could be totally random or that you logged it from 2 devices or you used something too fast.

There could be many reasons. Allow at least 7 days for them to reply.
