Autoposting wordpress to Twitter with free API?

Is it no longer possible to autopost from Wordpress to Twitter using the Twitter free API version and a wordpress plugin?

Well, I don't know. What I do know is that I can create an app on their developers tool thing. And it's saying something like 1,500 tweets limit.

So I thought it can be used, it's just limited. But I don't need much at all, so I will be fine.

But it doesn't seem to work...

Like the Tweet Caps - Post says 1,500. Does that mean you can make up to 1,500 posts (per month?) on the free version?

Just trying to figure out if I'm doing something wrong, or if Twitter doesn't allow any posting using their API free version anymore.

did you contact the developers? Sounds like in that case the script needs updating to work with the API since the changes.

What is the error you're getting? Have you tried sending a Tweet from a simple python script just to test it out if its working?

As far as I'm aware, the free API wasn't really changed, right? It might need a bit of tweaking, but it should work just the same.
