Alright, so all you need to do is:

1. Go to microworkers.com, sign up if your not already a member.
2. Start a campaign to get people to make an account on YouTube, pay them $0.10, and set the limit to say 100 or however many accounts you need.

The good thing about this is that all the accounts are totally unique!

Actually, thats pretty much the going rate for 1k+ orders.

I've seen YT accts go for 150-200$ per 1k lately.

I was saying $10 is a little bit cheaper than what
100 accounts sell for around here which is
usually between $15-$20 but for the most part
the accounts sold here will last if you use proxies,
clean out cookies, etc.

you can also go to amazon mturk and hire those turkeys to make accounts for you at 5 cents each
you just tell them that they have to make one gmail and associate youtube with the account and i bet most of them will do it for that price. as long as you pay them you'll always be in good standing with them
