It does so to test your video, if your ctr and engagement rate is low especially on new channels it will stop boosting it

You are, tbh the best way is to change ip adress/new wifi provider and restart pc on fabric settings w new os then use new gmail accounts without logging in into the old ones wothout using tor/vpn
