How do you know which coin is going to pump big?

Actually there is a nice way I like to use.
Choose one of the Top 100 Coins that are on the Ether network lets say... CRO (crypto.com)
You go to the Top 100 Wallets, Search for a whale. not for an exchange wallet of Dev wallet. A real whale.
You enter his Etherscan and you check what else did he bought but on the Top 500-1000

Than you know that there is a change it can get pumped if its not already pumped.

XRP won a 3-4 year long lawsuit by the SEC which explains the pump as it’s free from legal chains and can continue operations as normal.

If you chase pump and dump groups you will get rekt for as long as you stay in the groups.

No one knows what coins are going to boom next, if they do they’re not telling anyone.

You will have better luck (luck chasing 100% gains) on memecoins using DexScreener

There are no signals or anything like that, what there are are organized groups of people doing pump and dump.
I would tell you to watch the telegram pump and dump channels, but most will leak information late or be unreliable.

Just like stock markets. Use similar techniques. The only difference between wall Street and crypto being, Wall Street is run by scumbags and crypto mostly by degens.

Personally I have seen people make more DCA'ing than trading. I have rarely seen successful traders. But DCA'ing will usually give you a very very decent profit overtime with minimal risk.

But as the other member pointed out with XRP, it's the lawsuite results causing it to surge.

I literally answered this question perfectly in another forum thread here:

Couldn't have said it better myself. You are 100% correct @Sol

Well ... technically ... *some* people make a living from helping people anticipate the crazy crypto markets haha

There are a few things you can try also ...

  • Setup TradingView alerts, so once coins breakout you get alerts
  • Subscribe to software systems that detect unusual volume/gains over time
  • Chain yourself to a monitor, and watch the markets like a halk
  • Spend your life trying to understand the 'fundamental' news and sentiment
  • Use the TradingView screener to setup alerts
  • Build your own algorithms and create some kind of custom software solution etc.
Quite a few projects on Github as well

Of course, in OP’s sense based on the wording and tone he used on wanting a signal groups for 100% gain I assumed they had no idea about how to do TA or what it even is.

I will take a look at some of the GitHub projects as well, first i’m hearing that there are projects on there for this field. Thank you.

As you have been doing this for 7 years, is ‘Time in the market > Timing the market’ a true statement? What are your thoughts on it and do people who DCA in regardless of price action tend to do slightly better?

Generally speaking ... I think the crypto markets are much, MUCH smaller than people think.

As a result, it's pretty easy to see where the so called "value" is moving around.

Think "pump and dump" groups ... but far more sophisticated and done at an institutional scale (ie, $30 million plus to play with).

They slowly accumulate coins, then ramp up the buy process by purchasing essentially from themselves.

it artificially increases the price of the coins, for a small period of time, until enough retail traders get involved.

Then the smart money exits rather slowly - almost like clockwork.

The money moves from coins to coin ... every day something new moves up, others move down.

So I guess it's about being in the market, and also getting your timing right.

But just realize ... it's a fully rigged game. It is 100% not fair.

And retail traders are the bait.

waow thanks brotherly for the advice

Hard to know unless you are an insider.

$PEPE for example was listed on 10+ different exchanges on it's first day (dev was already rich & had connections) and that's why it boomed so hard. Nobody could have known that was going to happen unless they knew the dev personally

I was friends with a random memecoin dev for a while and occasionally one of HIS friends would launch a new memecoin, book a bunch of callers to pump it up and sell his own stack at the top. It was a guaranteed at least 10x every time because they were the only ones who knew exactly when to buy & sell for ez gains.

Not saying it's impossible to pull big profits on your own, but you will not be able to come close to a 100% chance for gains and any big pumps you catch will most likely be luck instead of calculation.

Hi,

I noticed that some coins like XRP are going up 60%+ for some reason and I'm not sure why.
Do you have any methods or follow crypto signal groups to know which coin to buy before it does 100%+ gain?

Let us know,

Thanks
You do not know why then you need to learn to keep your self updated. It rose 60% because it won court case.

Honestly, just learn technical analysis and study the price chart.
