What do you think of this business idea?
I take some pictures everywhere I go.
I get them copyrighted with patent office. I think it costs $55 to copyright 750 pictures or something like that
I seo the pictures so they show up in google images
I wait for people to copy my pictures to their websites
I sue whoever copies my pictures

I know a guy who shoots photos for his business and then sues everyone who steals them. It's a very very long process. It also costs a lot with lawyers. If you wrote it correct, like "pay $100 fine or get sued" maybe some people would pay up if it was cheap enough. But most would just take it down.

You can sue OpenAI for a lot of money they steal alot of images for their dataset

have you considered the cost of hiring a lawyer for sending single legal notice?

if anyone tries to sue me, I say, yeah, go ahead meet you in the court. And I've seen 0% of people or companies actually going to the court, filing a case, send me court order, and then attending the case. So nothing happens beyond sending legal notices!
