OVH.DE << scammed my money.

bough 15 ~20 domains yesterday, they didnt deliver .
today i emailed them why requested fast delivery and they erased my account.

ovh dot de redirects to ovhcloud dot com and ovhcloud is a popular cloud computing company which offers VPS, dedicated servers and other web services. Are you sure you actually bought the domains from a legit website of ovhcloud ?
If yes AND if indeed they erased your account AND if you paid using card, Paypal, Stripe, etc, you can raise a dispute / chargeback.

It's an old company, it's very surprising that they scammed you for such a low amount. Can you share your proof?
Also, chack your payment method for a refund (and consider charging back the method you used to fund your 3rd party card).

when i made a ticket to cs,they erased my previous account. so i had to make newone with "same email".

Maybe that 3rd party card was a red flag. Why you didn't use your personal card? I use them for years, no problem. Their support might not be the best but i don't think they scammed you.

Are you sure the account has been deleted and you just aren't login in to the wrong page? I can only login to mine using ca.ovh.com, but if I used the normal ovh.com, it was as if my account didn't exist

@koreanbrokie , from the screenshot you've posted, it seems you bought it from the legit ovhcloud. I really doubt if such a popular and trusted company would erased your account without any reason. You are surely missing out on something you have not done properly.
And you mentioned you "used third party card service". Something(s) are really not adding up correctly (sorry to say, you seem to be doing some wrong things. We all do wrong things sometimes ... Please try to figure it out, because, surely, ovhcloud is a legit company).
What @serponaut mentions, seems to be the most likely issue.

What I am saying is they have different databases for different subdomains, so you could have created an account in a different subdomain's database and still have the original account

i dont think they tried to scam me cuz
yes i checked their channels and youtubes they are big company.
they wouldn't scam me for like 30~40 bucks.
and yes, using third party card might be the problem.
but they clearly erased my account without any notice or refund,even after erasing my account.
i think this is problem.

Ovh is a terrible company , they tries to change me after free vps trial. And of course, I had 0 dollars for them, removed my PayPal and credit card already. They called me demanding money for no reason. Terrible people.
Also their site is terribly slow, buggy and gets hacked and they keep sending phishing alerts.
If you dont know how, give up running the joint already!

I've had terrible experiences with OVH in terms of servers. Their server images didn't boot, and their support was like, "it's your fault"...but I was using their stock images. They didn't want to refund me, but finally did after arguing for three days. I'd stay away from ovh. Maybe someone can recommend some good hosting companies.

well i think thats not the case. cuz they cant figurebout this is mine or not. they dont have user verification.

and,they didnt erase my account untill i nagged at them to do it faster.
after that,10min later,account deleted. LOL
