I started making money online in about 2015, not by doing white hat stuff, but things like spamming facebook comments back when it could be done and promoting clickbank products, which worked very well, but eventually stopped being viable. I made money in some other black hat ways, but it all basically stopped working for me, so I had to give up and eventually got a freelance job which i've been doing for several years now.

In that time though I've done a lot of reading on IM and everything to do with making money online, so I've acquired quite a bit of knowledge in that time.

I don't want to have to keep on doing this job forever, I want to get started again in IM and/or any other making money online activities, but I don't really know where I should start, so I need some guidance.

I have a few hundred dollars a week I could invest, just need a plan.

I'm okay with doing both blackhat and whitehat stuff, but I want to focus mainly on whitehat/long term things.

Super simplistic, but you get the idea.

Owning your own property is always going to be better in the long run.

As you said making money blackhat, never really lasts.

So, you need to figure out how to make big money, fast, with blackhat before it shuts, then use that capital to transition over to whitehat.

Sadly you seem stuck at the bottom, investing a few hundred $ per week will not really get you far with whitehat.

For me if i cannot figure out how to make $100,000 minimum blackhat i dont bother doing it.

What blackhat are you doing at the moment that works? What do you need to do to rapidly scale that to make big money?

Do that and take the big money and transition to whitehat.

I agree, I need to invest capital from blackhat activities into whitehat, but I'm not sure what I should be doing to start with when it comes to blackhat. That's what I need some guidance on. I know there are a lot of blackhat methods on this forum, and I've read a lot of them, but what I'm trying to get advice on is what would be a good blackhat method to get started with in order to make this capital.

OK, so the freelance job has been going on for several years. What does the freelance job pertain to ? Perhaps you can reverse engineer and directly do what has been / is being outsourced to you and then scale it up, as you already have knowledge and skills related to what the freelance job pertain to.

Freelancing can be automated and scaled. Youtube and other social media are also viable options for growing for long term.

basically this. Spend your money on va and buy only quality links that bring real traffic atm.

It's transcription.

A VA for what purpose? Content writing?
depend on your niche and method. but mostly to actively engage in social media on the same niche as your site. to build up the brand awareness of your site.

What are you good at?

Since you have some experience in both blackhat and whitehat methods, consider focusing on whitehat, long-term strategies. Start by identifying a niche or area of interest. Build a website or blog around it, providing valuable content and solutions to users. Utilize SEO and social media to drive traffic. You can also explore affiliate marketing, creating and promoting your products, or offering freelance services. Be patient and consistent in your efforts, as success in whitehat methods often takes time. Invest your money wisely in tools, advertising, or courses to enhance your skills and knowledge. Building a reputable online presence will yield sustainable income opportunities.

It's great to hear that you're interested in shifting towards more whitehat and long-term strategies for making money online.
You can start affiliate marketing with a website. Try focusing on getting traffic from different sources not just SEO. But focus on one platform at a time untill you succeed.

This is what I am aiming for. For me it is a secret yet, how to understand whether website has only quality links? I believe there is a lot of info about it here on BHW, but maybe you could point me to the direction where I should search for? Regarding VA- if you mean use them as a content creators, isn't a autogeneration far better and also cheaper way to achieve this?
