I suggest that everyone avoid using webcare360 offshore servers because their after-sales service is very poor! I purchased 2 domain names and a month of VPS from their website, which cost me tens of dollars in total. Since I paid with virtual currency, I cannot apply for a refund. Immediately after purchasing the VPS in May 2023, it started having issues. I emailed them every day to inquire about the situation, but their staff took several days to reply to my emails. Their compensation for the VPS being faulty for several days was to offer me a 50% discount coupon for purchasing their VPS again.
