What panel sells these bot tweets?

What SMM panel sells bot tweets? All the panels I use don't sell these and I see a bunch of accounts posting so I figured they were using a panel.

It's either that they are using Custom Comments services to post those comments, custom tweets, or they might use an in-house tool that smm panel don't sell directly
