I have three different YouTube channels with an organic subscriber base of 200k, 75k, and 26k. Unfortunately, these channels are currently inactive because I didn't know how to manage them properly. However, the subscriber base remains active, and if I upload a video, I can still get 4-10k views. These channels were originally created for sharing pirated cartoons, but due to copyright strikes, I had to delete the content. The majority of the subscribers are from Tier-3 countries. Youtube kinda does whatever they want with monetized channels. You can be good for months and out of nowhere they just de-monetize you. Its insane.

You already got the traffic for it so you might as well do AI generated short animation stories. OpenAI to generate a short cartoon story about a topic you think would work well, Midjourney or similar to generate photos for each part of the story + your voice reading out the story or using AI to do that as well.

Extremely lazy approach but could work well since you already have the channels with the viewers.

create a shopify store and redirect all your subs to the store, buy dsers for 45$ for 75,000 products it`s for free i can create it for free

create videos about the store with publicity about products, videos with product pictures and prices and some TTS voice, half your 100,000 subs will visit by 2$ each thats 200,000$ in one month
