[Method] Easy AI Video/Voiceover with ChatGPT+

Hi all. I'm still new around here, and other than a little AI advice i haven't contributed much for what i'm learning. I thought some of you would enjoy this method for putting together simple videos with AI voice overs using ChatGPT+ and the Visla plugin (I am not affiliated with Visla).

First, use the ChatGPT Plugins feature and search for Visla and install it. If you haven't used plugins before (I know they just came out for some people), click settings on the ChatGPT screen > enable beta features.

Then tell ChatGPT what you want the video to be about and that the task at hand is creating a video with the Visla plugin:




Now, look over what you've done. If you want, tell it to make changes by mentioning the specific thing you want to change and the new value for it.

When you're ready, give GPT the green light:



Then take your code and go get your video! I have a link for the finished product of this example, but I don't think i'm allowed to link yet so i didn't try. (Unless i can attach an 18MB mp4 file to my post? Also didn't try).

Yes you must have ChatGPT Plus as far as I know.

Maybe you can upload it to any video streaming platfom for others to see the final product, without having to download it.

My understanding is i'm not allowed to link things on BHW until I'm higher ranked. I was going to contact a mod and see if they would post the link for me, but there seems to be no simple way of doing that?

Linking to a YouTube video should not be an issue. You should not promote other forums or websites, but with a video you should be fine.

Video is definitely alright considering it's coming entirely from AI. I'm not a big fan of the voice over though, since it sounds too robotic. There are better alternatives out there.

Any suggestions? I haven't looked around for voice overs. Speechki is the one that pops into my head, but I've only tried it once and got distracted with other toys.
