I don't see anything special with these domain names. Correct me if I am wrong but I don't think you'll be let to get too big and build the brand around that domain without being forced to hand out the domain (or even worse, be fined) for using their "copyrighted name". If this comes under their legal team nose, I am sure you can say good bye to this domain. These mega corporations are not to be joked with
