There are several useful tools such as Hootsuite /SocialOomph/TweetDeck

Dolphin Anty works well and has free profiles, incogniton too but I think you can create less profiles overall (if you do more than 10 etc)

Yeah, AdsPower is pretty straightforward. My usual go-to for managing multiple profiles.
