If you use newly created accounts or have never run ads before to run gambling campaigns. then the percentage of accounts die right after you click to post ads. Create like page campaigns for your account in the first 3 days with a budget of 1$ per day and then go on gambling campaigns. Remember 1 account should only be used to advertise for 1 page. good luck !
