LD old version has less flexibility.
Nox and Memu are better.

Each has their own pros and cons, here's my experience
Memu
Pros - stable adb connection
Cons - random glitches with apps closing, many apps don't work correctly (including chrome)
LD
Pros - Fast, all apps work well
Cons - unstable adb connection (possible to get it working stable-ish with enough determination), no directX support.

Nox
Pros - I believe the only one that has android 12
Cons - no way to enable adb programmatically? Although that's the one I have tested the least because of this reason, so it might be possible.

So I would say memu - best for getting started. Nox - best when working manually. LD - best for scaling.

For LD you have to edit the leidians.config file located in D:\LDPlayer\LDPlayer9\vms\config, it will be named leidan+index of the VM, like leidan0.cfg for the first one.
And memu I'm pretty sure it's either enabled by default already, or very easily changed using memu console
