How do you guys warm up gmails?

Some of you might have noticed that a few days ago google pushed an update regarding gmails, now they only trust gmails that are considered active.
I deal with gmb's so it was clear something has changed

I got lots of gmails and need a way to keep them active and avoid the spam filters, any suggestions?
