Dont copy , it is a penalty . Rather for quick method , you can spin / rewrite the article but it has also the risk . For legal method . you can find the low fruit keyword in those particular contents that has rank on google. Write article for them. you can rank quickly. You can copy design and layout but copy content..it is a big NO. you can copy entire site for educational/ research purpose .. by the help httrack.com

yes i use to use Darcy Ripper & HTTRack to copy game hack generators and edit them lol.
OP: you can use these programs to copy a word press theme but not sure how efficient it'll be.
also check out Festingervault, has loads of themes, may have what you are looking for.
