Losing Page Strength from External do-follow links

Hi BHW fam,

So I wanted to ask all you SEO proffesionals a question.
If I make a an external link do-follow on a page on my website, will only the page with the link lose juice/strength or will my entire site lose juice?

I'm not pro, but since nobody's answering here's my opinion (which could be wrong, so take it with a grain of salt):

I think that your entire domain loses link juice, but I also think that the lost juice is minimal, especially if your domain's authority is high (DA / DR of 60+)

I think mostly you lose the link juice from the page where you are linking. I don't think you lose the link juice of entire domain. As advised you may lose some minimal juice. Also, if you add the external link from the homepage of the domain it will leads to lose in a more power. So, when you add external links to the other sites you can make it as a no follow.

I think it's best to not do any do follows on external links. External linking is mostly for visitor experience and you don't want to pass link juice to other websites. This is just my opinion. What is the reason you want to have an external link as do follow?
