I gave it a cursory look, seems to want an invite code. You're saying you can use a custom domain to circumvent this?

You need an invite to join, but once there your website can be your verification for your username. You just have to set it up.
 
Jack is far more than toxic than Elon. Just that he doesn't show his colors in front of the world.

So far he's been hands off on Bluesky. It's pretty much been a free for all, yet we don't have good tools/bots, but really no way to limit it.
 
Update: Bluesky has crashed a bit from the amount of invite activations it got over Elon trashing Twitter, so nobody can register from what I saw.
 
Interested in it from reading few online articles. Been checking out if they can allow registration without invite.

However, isn't it like more for technical people only? I love the idea of using our domain tho as the handle

No, everybody has started finding their way over there. I finally got a few invites but I'm sitting on them, trying to trade for somebody to make a bot for likes. The tech geeks won't share over there.

Interesting, hopefully within 2023 they can open registration for public.

Doubtful. The entire site almost crashed these last couple days just with invite signups. Jack's not investing the right amount of time and at present they are leaving it wide open API to let the tech geeks do the heavy lifting with bugs and stuff. Not good. That might have worked with Twitter when it started but not now.

Read that news about their site crashed. Well, nothing we can do but wait with hope.

It's terrible @deeznutzulick. Not only does it tie into Instagram and FB, but if you delete it you delete your other accounts on Meta too. People on FB been saying a few got their FB's deleted deleting Threads.

What's crazy is the hype - 30 million signups. LMAO - there were NO SIGNUPS. People were automatically signed in via their other Meta accounts. Now Zuckerberg's facing a lawsuit using the old Twitter staff - its a mess.

The entire hype around it will have these 30 million back on Twitter by Monday. It makes Bluesky look great.
 
Update: since nobody wants to make a bot for Bluesky I think I'll sell my invites privately, unaffiliated to here and this marketplace.
 
Created an account as soon as it launched. Might want to start making a lot of them in the meantime. You know, just in case Twitter implodes.
