I have seen that product in clickbank dont allow brand bidding but instead of it many marketers doing brand bidding and earning commission without any clickbank account suspension?

I want to know how they are doing it or is there any blackhat method?

I would start by contacting the vendor to see if you can do it. They may say that it's ok for you to brand bid.

All of them say not to brand bid but people still doing it... I lost countless amounts of GoogleAd accounts & have been put into 0% commission rate even for sending 1-2 hops to the offer page.

Clickbank will pass the info to the vendors & they will put you into 10% or 0% commission as soon as Clickbank finds you are doing brand bidding. Now-a-days, even running review ads are not permitted by most vendors...

Clickbank will always support the vendors but not us affiliates who are bringing all the sales to them.

Adding to this, I was put on 0% commission zone for even my blog post, no paid ads...

The Clickbank vendor has to say this : "Our product name appears in the link of your review, that is the violation, you cannot use the brand name or trademark in the link."

Bunch of morons... These idiots don't even know that we need to always keep the product name in the article/blog post link for ranking in search engines...

For an example, if we are reviewing an item called FlatBellyTonic, then we should always keep this as the link "flatbellytonic-review", but according to them, this is also brand bidding & a violation of their policies... They must be on extreme high quality weeds.

Being a product vendor, they don't even know what BIDDING means?? How can I brand bid with a free blog post? Lol...

I replied him saying, I won't promote your product as being the product vendor itself, you don't even know what "Brand Bidding" is...

There must a way to bypass this

you're absolutely right, i think some vendors do it intentionally once i did the same for revitaa pro and get some sales through review blog post not by any ads and they just banned me for 0% commission! i send them numerous mails as it was hard to rank but all in vain so i stopped promoting such vendors who don't know the basics of SEO and brand bidding and having mala fide intentions. nevertheless it's too competitive now and hard to promote anything for google ranking!

You have to look at the other side of it. If someone is Googling the brand name, they've been marketed to already and are on the path to becoming a customer. It doesn't take much as an advertiser to convert these customers. Why would they want to pay a hefty commission to you when they can get the same traffic themselves dirt cheap?

path to becoming a customer.

?? I think this path is called affiliate marketing! if someone who is on process of becoming a customer doesn't see authentic reviews/ sites would he bother to buy? it's customer journey to buy end product and he need some trusted figures/sources to verify his intended purchase !! and as a affiliate we 're getting reward for our hard work not a free bee. and here i'm referring vendors who does this intentionally as a dirty way to disqualify a honest affiliate's hard work and do you think google is putting any website on top by just using 'review' keyword as your website should be trusted, authetic and authorative in that niche and believe me it take a lot rather than just putting a copied content and review keyword in title !
It doesn't take much as an advertiser to convert these customers.

Who stops them! they can surely try some ad spend first but not every vendor want to spend on ads and have budget especially when they are getting free traffic and not giving any commission at all! so do you think vendor didn't tried ads before joining a affiliate network? and if they're successful with ads why they're on affiliate networks rather than ad networks!
Why would they want to pay a hefty commission to you when they can get the same traffic themselves dirt cheap?
better ask vendor :)- as they don't have to pay any commission to affiliate or i would say 0% commission after imposing a ban from affiliate network. I won't say affiliates are getting any nearby as 'hefty commission' as most affiliate networks pays commission to affiliates only after 7 to 14 days (for revenue sharing affiliate platforms per order/sales) meanwhile unfortunately if you banned as affiliate you're doomed as there is no income and you've already spend $$$'s on ad networks so there could be a net loss for thousands of $$$'s before getting any commission at all and there is constant threat of getting ban from ad network for brand bidding and unethical practices from vendors and competitiors so i think affiliate marketing is a way risky business than ever before! also i don't think 'dirt cheap traffic' is reliable to convert anyway!

Hi, which vendors do that? What I should be looking for in their terms and conditions? No one says directly they don't allow using the brand name in normal SEO no PPC. I got some SEO sales and don't have any problems for now.

1. in my experience there are some health supplement vendors (but not limited to them only) who are doing such activities to grab affiliate's commission.
2. it's more about particular vendor's mala fide intentions rather than vendor's terms and conditions.
3. If they tell you exactly their 'secret technique to earn while sleep' would you still promote such vendors?
4. it's great if you're still making sales using 'normal SEO' and if using vendor's brand name in title + review. In my experience SEO/blogging is now almost dead until you're publishing on very high authoritive websites. ( i mostly found PR articles / sponsored post on news websites. now hardly find any CB health supplement ranking on health niche website rather than on news/PR websites!
I feel now you just can't earn any commission as affiliates without paying google/bing/ad networks. so SEO is almost became trash atleast what i feel today :)-

Yeah I agree with you. It's weird how they banned you for revitaa pro considering you can promote this product on other affiliate networks that even allow brand bidding for revitaa pro. Do you think it's worth it getting a sponsored articles on these news sites that rank on first pages? Also thank you for the detailed answer!

I tried the vendor on digistore24 and maxweb.. and as it was obvious that vendor didn't approved me despite having proven track record of sale organically but as i already know vendor's intention i notifiy to affiliate networks why i'm not going to be approve but never get a proper response so i just redirect links to another product..not very smart move but that's all i can do to save my efforts and commission :)-

Depends on you..actually on your budget and product...publishing sponsored post on News/PR websites is just like placing a horse betting for me :)-
You can check product/product+review on google/bing ads for search volume..some other also suggest about ad spy tools for FB and native ads and SEM tools like semrush for competitive analysis :)-
