Plus it will take take a lot to rebuild the social graph as it is Twitter and dislodge it from position (someone has said this exact same thing I just said).

honestly, I don't see it as a bad thing
Yeah it might not do "great"
might only attract some interest
but Zucky here is creating jobs for people out there.
That got to count for something at least

You need instagram to even access the thing and it has to be linked to FB and Instagram.
