I have a local business and need to rocket my GMB listing.

Planning on some guest posts for my regular website, but my GMB site and listing needs some help too.

I have heard that new google stacks that are in non-public folders are way less effective for passing the juice.

(best way to this is to have a "News" section on your website.

Hi.

Without going into much detail, (I charge by the hour for real certified technical seo) I can offer you this advise.

1. Create a "News" category or section on your website.
2. Seek a Google News Approval (Takes a bit of time and setting up) You may need a pro to help you
3. Once approved. Start publishing some news instead of blog posts.

In your news, publish your own insider information, include editorial comments and "newsworthy" content that's not currently known to the world or at least a rehash in your own words of current news in your niche. (best to have a totally original story)

People love news. And anything "Newsworthy" ranks well and gets some traffic attention.
