Suppose I buy very high quality views from a panel. Can YouTube still figure out that ths views bought are fake or bought ? How can I trick YouTube in believing that these are real views ?
How does YouTube know that bought views are fake ?

I've bought some and they look so funny on the metrics panel, they look super fake, I mean it's like all the views come at the same moment, watch the same amount of time, and leave at the same time frame, so I think yt might notice that as bot behavior

All this can be faked. Good quality panels might already be doing this.

How can I identify a "go quality panel"? They can tell me anything and by buying samples it is already too late for the video as youtube punishes it?

Good quality panel must deliver HR views + likes + subscribers + comments.
For cheap of couse, but that's impossible.

Most of the time, YouTube detects fake views based on the number of requests sent by a single IP address. Imagine if YT sees one account/IP watching over 5000+/ a scenario where a video receives the exact watchtime from thousands of different accounts.
Youtube collects all the accounts/IPs and blacklists them every few weeks, deleting all the views (sometimes even videos that were watched a year ago!)

Yes, YouTube can detect when you buy views. Try to slowly dripfeed your high quality views to your videos to prevent easy detection by YouTube.

If we dripfeed the views from any panel, then it become safe to use.

The main problem with them isn't detection. You may be "shadowbanned" if they suspect you've bought views but even if they stick they won't really do much to help your videos. The view durations are low and they don't improve your CTR.

If you do not want to screw up your Youtube channel, especially nowadays, then run a video (youtube) ad campaign in Google Ads. These will be 100% totally safe views and will not drop, will not get a Youtube channel flagged with reference to views. (Google owns Youtube).
And, if your video (youtube) ad campaign (in Google Ads) is created effectively, with proper targeting, then it can grow your Youtube channel, as you will get real subscribers, engagements, etc. Ofcourse the video advertised also needs to be appealing.

There is no end to running ads. When you stop ads, growth will stop. Ads are told for big companies who are making their image.

That is subjective. It depends on the quality and appeal of the Youtube video / channel for which ads are run.
If the Youtube video for which an ad is run, is an appealing video AND the video (Youtube) ad campaign (in Google Ads) is run with effective trageting, then such an ad campaign will attract the desired audience and when this suitable audience see an appealing video in which they are interested, many of them do subscribe and such subscribers not only engage with the video / channel, as subscribers, they watch the future videos of that Youtube channel, resulting in growth of the Youtube channel.
However, on the other hand, if an advertised video (and channel) is not appealing and / or the ad campaign is not effectively created, then obviously running an ad campaign for it, would not be of much benefit.
Sorry, I disagree. Dev Gadhvi, Ankur Warikoo, etc were once "small" and unknown people. It is only through advertising in Youtube that they became popular and "big". How do you think Tai Lopez became popular and "big" ? He ran Youtube ads and after that he became popular.
Again, they did things the right way. They had appealing content (videos) and they ran effective ad campaigns.
So, video ads are NOT only for big companies. "Small" companies and "small" people can also grow by running Youtube ads, PROVIDED things are done the right way.

Youtube or any platform for that matter uses algorithms to detect these things since there's no way anyone can watch this much content or actively moderate it.
If you don't stand out you wont get hurt. Most people who provide these services will get your channel hurt byy being unprofessional and not understanding the algorithm.
you should find people who understand the algorithm and then you can be successful on youtube or any modern social media platform.

Where did they access the video from. Feed, frontpage, search or just direct link?
It can be quite obvious when trying to see it from only one POV

A lot of these panels aren't worth the cash. Youtube can spot them a mile away.
