Semrush lost links, I sort according to date.

For links that I've got saved somewhere, if they're not too much, I check one by one.

I presently don't use any tool that's specifically meant for that purpose.

lots are not fetched by semrush i guess, the others you check manually?

Links were once fetched by semrush before being lost. That's why I said I use the lost links tools and sort according to date.

Perhaps you don't know how to use the tool yet. It works just as good.

The only thing is sometimes Semrush reports some false positives.

I´m also using this but it´s not really reliable as lots sites has error status but working properly if opened in browser.

Screaming Frog also works well to crawl and verify links.
For lighter needs, try Dead Link Checker online

Yes, Scrapebox can do that, but simpler tools like Broken Link Checker or Xenu Link Sleuth are often easier for bulk checking links inside an article.

I use Screaming Frog or Scrapebox’s link checker to batch-scan URLs and flag dead links. Both handle large lists quickly and reliably.
